MM has to be the creepiest Zelda game I've ever played.

I Saw a CSI this weekend about some kids that killed this lady cause of a video game and though of this thread. Bad episode though...

In Eternal Darkness when the girl has a vision of herself in the bath.

The Haunted Hotel mission in Vampire Masquerade: Bloodlines. Also in the same game, when you visit Ground Zero Cafe and find out what they'd be doing to the local homeless, made me feel a bit queasy.
