Of course the arcade will be kept, no one wants it to be taken down. And it's not some guy's opinion or bullshit copyright issues that will ever makes us want it to be deleted.

If you're gonna post a poll, at least make the upset/outraged option seperate from the regular no option. Make it:

*Yes, it conflicts with DMCA regulations.
*Yes, I want this issue to come to a conclusion.
*No, but I wouldn't care if he did.
*No, and I'd be upset/outraged if he did.

Since you're putting an ", and" after the current no option, and the question was 'would people be upset', not 'would people support this idea and if they didn't they obviously think this way.'. No isn't the same as no and miscellanious blackmailing.
