I resent the fact that you mentioned Western Europe & UK seperately, as they're supposed to be one. :heh We have enough trouble with the European Union as it is... :( :wink

It's not biased. I tried to spread it out so that one option wouldn't get an overwhelmingly majority. Even with the US split up, it'll still get most of the votes.
