I've had a supercard minisd for like 9 months, no complaints... only thing is, Opera won't work, and GBA is riddled with slowdown... but generally NDS games have100% compatibility... i LURVE it...

I've got the R4, it's frigg'n awesome. Was thinking about getting the M3 simply, but R4 was cheaper, and by all reports exactly the same.

The thing with the microSD card is you want one with a good transfer speed. Most games work with slow cards, but if you want to play Castlevania - POR, then get a good one.

I have a fake Sandisk 1Gb which plays everything I’ve thrown at it with the exception of Castlevania – PoR (random freezing). I read somewhere to reformat the card using FAT16/64k and everything’s been fine since. I’ve also heard FAT32/16k is a good choice. I get read times of at least 7Mb/s which is pretty close to the genuine article.

There is also some suggestion that the ROM may be corrupt and problems have nothing to do with the card, meaning that even the slowest cards are fine so longs as the dump is good. Whatever, the slot 1 devices are relatively new and hopefully software upgrades will fix it.

I’ve also heard the Japan Kingstons are very good. A-data is meant to be good too.

But get what you can, you can order them from ebay. There are even some guides that help you to identify sellers (very few) that only sell the real deal.
