By all means, go ahead and write one if you feel that you really want to. No one is stopping you. There is an SSX Archive on fanfiction.net where there are a couple of good writers and stories, and it's a great place write it, plus and you can definitely come back here and ask for feedback.
If you need any help with anything, feel free to ask me. I no longer write there but I can assist with any problems you might have.
