Seventeen Memorable SSX3 Runs

1. ssx3 style mile 10 M++: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qCzVFjlNSbE. Everyone thought that scores of 10 M points or greater on SM could only be accomplished with the assistance of computer tools, but mskk001 disproved that delineation with his 10 M+ point SM run.
2. ssx3 Perpendiculous 5,591 M: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z_lVHKMK_0s. Rastapo is one of the most most consistent Super Pipe players in SSX3 history, and his 5.591 M point Perpendiculous run lends credence to that assertion.
3. ssx3 World Record Launch Time 1.92 M – RE Virus: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wZ62VouSke8. RE Virus can make difficult technical maneuvers appear effortless—just watch his 1.92 point LT run to understand why.
4. Happiness Jam – 6,051,686 – IceXtreme: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hQ2_zSNKr8w. IceXtreme’s 6.05 M point Happiness run is remarkable, especially considering two things: 1) IceXtreme was the first SSX3 player to score greater than 6 M points on a Happiness run, and 2) IceXtreme achieved his score without the benefit of frame-canceling (FC).
5. ssx 3 perpendiculous 5.277 million: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vlwd-S4BIiM. minjawee almost attained a score of 5.3 M points on Perpendiculous without turning one fast X-X, the score of which, is remarkable, and becomes even more amazing when one considers, as Rastapo suggests, that it is very difficult to finishing a Perpendiculous run under 30 K points hy of 5.3 M points when constructing a run in this manner.
6. MAD_JO3 m2m 1.6 million: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VsWhLrcNxww. hinterholz08’s 1.6 M point M2M run demarcates a fantastic achievement—it is difficult to score that high on what I consider to be the toughest of the three Big Air Freestyle Events.
7. Ruthless 5.11millions: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eLkQLbYTlas. OnizukaWWE’s 5.11 M point Ruthless run provides just one illustration of how veteran SSX3 Back Country specialists invited newcomers to top their scores, resulting in new SSX3 Back Country standards being set, a trend which continues to this day.
8. SSX3 Metro City – 1:57 – No Teleports – NEW WORLD RECORD: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2xaTkrMrUx0. Bracia12345’s non-teleporting 1:57 Metro-City run proves why he is one of the greatest SSX3 Racing Masters of all time.
9. CrispnCrunchy SSX3 Ruthless 1.59: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=s7U4S8FkJ1I. crispncrunchy, an architect, designs technically sound and aesthetically pleasing runs, and his 1:59 wormhole run, which is perfectly syncopated to upbeat music, evidences that this famous SSX3 Racing Master’s talents are as equally applicable to the gaming realm as they are to real-life architectural projects.
10. ssx3 style mile 9.542: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gDNmphaRZTU. ssxtrickyfreak1’s 9.542 M point SM run is astounding—his ability to achieve such scores at such a young age evidences his maturation.
11. SSX 3 Style Mile 9.14 (Dedicated to Mskk001): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ev9XHdYhl4. norsketalenter10 appears to be a very diligent youngster, and his 9.14 SM run is a testament to his Puritanical work ethic.
12. Style Mile 7,4M: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ufQr4we7GeA. TheFr3ak011’s 7.4 M point SM run shows that this youngster possesses great potential as an SSX3 Slope Style specialist.
13. Frozen SSX 3 – Kick Doubt 6,445M (read info for more): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UVr6S5HCAME. Dynastyboy473’s 6.445 M point KD run is a strong indicator that he might one day reach 7 M points on this very difficult Slope Style course.
14. SSX 3 All Peak race: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xA9THR0YaLI. mysticinvasion’s SSX3 All Peak Race time of 22:25 is yet another illustration of someone making a difficult score seem ridiculously easy.
15. Perpendiculous SSX3 5.205 M: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=M3ANgsurxG4. QuotidianPerfection’s 5.205 M point Perpendiculous run shows that even a thirty-six-year-old can attain solid Super Pipe scores.
16. SSX 3 – Junction – 3,347 M (Iceshapedshade): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=LyQLIWVGqGw. IceShapedShade’s 3.347 M point Junction run is higher than the first Junction run I posted on YouTube (3.2 M)—she has the potential to reach 4 M points or more on this track.
17. SSX 3- Launch Time 1mil: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6sfMDBCJW-w. Watching stukastriker206’s 1 M point Lt run persuaded me to post a 1 M point LT run of my own on YouTube—on that day, the QuotidianPerfection SSX3 gaming character was born.

Take care, everyone, and enjoy the runs.

Best Wishes to All,
QuotidianPerfection

Actually, IceX got that score, 6.05M, shortly after I got 6.04M.

And... why 17?

Hi RE Virus:

I apologize for the error--I guess I haven't been around SSX Forums when they were in their infancy. As far as your question is concerned, I had to assign an arbitrary number on the list of memorable SSX3 runs that I would post a YouTube link to, or there would be simply too many of them. Believe me, ranking SSX3 runs carries with it a certain degree of subjectivity, meaning that it is possible that different individuals would appropriate the SSX3 runs which I listed above to a different order than I did. Also, the cutoff point for the number of runs listed above is also subjective: some individuals might have found it more comfortable to make a list of twenty-five memorable SSX3 runs, rather than seventeen, as I did.

Best,
QP

Hi RE Virus:

The number 17 is a prime integer, but so are the following numbers: 1, 3, 5, 7, 11, 13, 19, and 23. As an aside, I read your comment on the SSX3 Master Runs Forum, the one which states that there is no such thing as a perfect SSX3 score. I whole-heartedly concur with your statement. For example, some modern athletes posit that their achievements, although deemed impossible to break by some sports personalities, can be bettered by future athletes.

Take care,
QP
