when i go to the left of the big tower / I always fail. Maybe not going fast enough? Or just hitting some invisible wall.

Look at how far ahead of the actual end line Xedec finishes. He's miles away. I gather this is to do with height.

I would love to break 40" but my record is 41'09" .... and that I fear, is that.

I also tried to follow Xedecs Mt Eddie entire run (3'03" ... come on!!)
and kept hitting invisible walls. I did improve my score by over 20 seconds and would have done better if I hadn't panicked in the closing stages (I hate the end of that drop). I won't mention my own time as its far too embarrassing.
(Clue - its still over 4')

Brilliant vid anyway. Inspirational.

That's no fun, the fun of it is trying to beat the course, by going legit.
Having those kind of major shortcuts, just proves that you don't know how to ride that track.

Seriously man? :| I play the game it was ment to be played! (any way possible) Don't hate me for what I do I also do race it with out wingsuits but right now I am just going for the fastest times. Thats all I am focused on at the moment and after I will do normal race it with no wingsuit. Just because I use wingsuit doesn't mean I dont know how to ride. :mad

I totally agree with you xedec on this point! There are people who have more fun with a wingsuit and other people don't :) It's different!

Nice video Xedec ! but that's not the best line... :rolleyes

Do you enjoy taking a shit on the accomplishments of all the great players? This is the second time you have done this. Remember when you suggested Yako hold back and not give it his all so others might be able to compete with him? Weak! :rolleyes

Kromat, if you dont think this takes skill, try it yourself. It is fucking hard just trying to recreate one of Xedec's runs let alone beat it. Wingsuit racing is worthy of its own event due to how much skill it takes and how different it is from normal racing.

Thanks for the vid Xedec! :) Between all the great tips/vids that you, Todd Batty and others have shared, this should go a long way for a lot of us who want to improve our wingsuit game. Yako's Serenity trick tutorial type vid was a huge help for me personally to improve my trick scores (not suggesting I can compete with those guys, lol) and I know the great tips/vids all you awesome wingsuit players are throwing out will do the same for the Flly It portion of the game for me and others. Much appreciated bro! :thumbsup

Hey xedec, great vid as always! And yes, please post as many tips and tutorials as your time will allow! Every track please! :lol

You're awesome dude, keep up the great work! Would be great to see more of keko's runs too... :china

And ignore the haters! If the rules/parameters in the game allow it, it's legit, no question of it, no debate to be had. Perhaps the next ssx will allow a separate category for wingsuit runs but thats for another thread....

My video quality is so bad... I don't record a lot of tracks... but I'm still beating records and finding crazy and tricky shortcuts :) I have less time now to play (get a new job) so my breaking records frequency will be lower! :D And the records are more difficult of course :lol

Congrats on the new job keko! :thumbsup

I read on another thread that its difficult for you to post vids but i'm totally impressed with the ones i've seen from you! :china

Its great that the bar has been set so high for the rest of us. I keep having moments when i think i'm really starting to nail the game. Then i see scores/times/vids on her and realise i've barely scratched the surface! :eek

Stop it! You and your flyin Hawaiian are putting my wingsuit times to shame! :P

But in all seriousness good work dude, that's pretty impressive!

I also like that you've changed the topic name to "Xedec's tutorials" - insinuating that there will be more to come...
