Other stuff in this thread I plan on coming back to comment on but just thought I'd quickly mention that, thanks to the recent tweaking Batty & Co. have done, I am able to see last week's events and will be getting final bracket pics for both when they end here in ~10 minutes. I'll post them in the appropriate threads after I get them uploaded. :thumbsup

Survived 4,894.45 m on Xbox. Good enough for diamond lol This one is really difficult I always have a hard time with it

So after I stepped into this challenge for the first time way late last night I quickly realized that I had never played this track before. I had a lot of fun posting scores that went something like - 23m, 41m, 155m, 155m, 155m, ...23m. :lol

I finally gave up after I hit something like 1400m which isn't even a full run down the track. I took a few more shots at it today and was able to hit 3085m which, after a few more runs I settled for. The design of the track is actually really cool but for my first time on it I was a little overwhelmed. I can say with some certainty that 3085.05m is about 2 lucky hops into where the white out starts on the second run. :yes

The XBox results:

As there were only 6 participants and the 6th was the community account this is one of the few times that we can see the full results of the event. So congrats to N9NE FACEZ! Quite an impressive score. :china

I used to do the 300k global event on this course everytime so i had my route down pretty well, never go that high a score though.

I've created a 1 day survival event on:

Africa - Kilimanjaro - Snake Bite

It's a 1-day event
150,000 drop cost
No wingsuit
No rewind

Any particular reason why we're still having such low drop costs?

Not really. We started with this cost, and no one seemed to disagree with it. I can start making it higher if more people want higher entry fees

Yea I wish the drop cost was higher. Also that level was difficult lol I was getting so frustrated I just quit haha

I couldn't post a run on the event cause I broke my disc while trying to get it out of the packaging. Will have to buy a new copy.

I admit I didn't think these were about winning money, but about playing together. They could be 0 drop cost for all I care. That said, I can hardly ever enter these (because custom GEs almost never show up for me) so my opinion shouldn't count as heavily as those that can and do compete.
