Hi all :)
(sorry i don't speak english good, I'm french)
I'm pretty good at this game (I obtain the platinum medal in all races and freestyle, I do several millions on slopestyles, just less than 1 million in Big Airs, I do 10 seconds aronds more than you in races).
My problem: I can't use wormholes: When I enter in a wormhole, the game reset me in less than 1 second. I have not the time to do 180s. And sometimes, when I have the times, I do 2 or 3 180 and the game reset my position. I can't remain in this fucking wormholes !
How do you do that ?

you do the 180s wrong. I think you just guess when to do them. Here's a quote from my comment on archie's wormhole guide on youtube (yes, that's when i was still capitalizing :rolleyes )
Quote:
If You Spin You Have To Do A 180 Straight After You Enter. Do Another One As Soon As The 'S' Under The Boost bar Changes Colour. Keep On Doing That Until The Reset Time!

also there is this nad trick but you don't have to worry about that because all the useful wormholes only require 180s (and the snowjam one doesn't require anything).
Quote:
When You Twist, You Will Have To Twist Straight After Entering The Wormhole. When You Twist to one side, Wait till the 'S' Changes Colour And Twist The Other Way. Do That Till The Reset Time!

OK Thank you I'll try.
But when I go in the snowjam WH, the game reset me when I go in the whormhole... :???

Another question: Are the characters equals or there are better characters ? Because I like use Griff and you never use Griff in worlds records.

The snow jam wormhole resets you if you go too far right or too far left when entering. There's only that one certain space where the reset is somehow not there. :frusty

And the characters don't matter (the attribute way); but I think Griff is actually the best because he's small so he can fit in much more places. LOOK FOR WORMHOLES WITH THAT LAD! :heh

You say I like to use Griff.
unless you can't decide on something. eg.
I was hmmm.... like... oh, you know...
Can't decide? Reminds me of women! (ba-dum-crash) Sexist joke! :blahblah

Like can also be used instead for example but if I used it above you might have gotten mixed up. So instead of saying, "In my cake I used, for example, eggs, flour or cocoa," you could say, "In my cake I used things like eggs, flour or cocoa."
see? :)

Also instead of for example you can say such as but that's really going off topic! :lol

That's not very accurate. There are very few wormholes that are easier with shorter characters. The only one I know of is the main/first one on Intimidator.

It's 1:54 with the allowed wormhole.
There's this wormhole at the start where it skips most of the track and can give 1:28. But because it skips more than 80%, It is not allowed on the scoreboard.

No, there is no difference; all characters are the same.
