Well up in the northeast, God basically just took a giant dump on Valetine's Day. 26 inches of snow in Vermont, school cancelled for 2 days.

same for around hartford, connecticut!! everyone was calling it the valentine's storm... there was ice and 4-6 inches of snow and it was even freezing rain, which i've never seen/experienced before. and i had to drive in it too!! and right now i'm in southeastern massachusetts and there's nothing at all on the ground and apparently all they got here was rain...

Not here, we got 3 or 4 inches of snow, not much at all, but then it rained/sleeted. The snow and sleet absorbed the rain, and last night it all froze into slabs of ice. Walking to school, it was so solid that my feet didn't leave a single mark, and I didn't touch the ground once! :heh

Make that 3 days of cancelled school. The best part is, next week is our weeklong vacation, so we get 3 extra days added on! Good times. Most intense storm ever.
