So one thing that I love about this place is all the vids.. I was wondering.. are there any new music vids coming up?.. are the master runs going to be updated and are there any master show off runs for Geribaldi or Snowdream?

The master run section is a bit outdated, just tell me any runs you'd like to see and I'll tell you if we have a vid of it somewhere.

As for Garibaldi and Snowdream,

I've updated the Master Runs page - it totally slipped my mind. The weird thing is my html file on my comp was in the middle of an update, so I must have just dropped it for some reason.

WOW!... that Geribaldi Showoff is saved in .mov format... its showing as being 52MB.. heh.. and i thought my comp could handle anything... is there a way to maybe put it in a .zip file so it will be a little more load friendly?...

When I get home today I'll compress it for you, in school right now.

Bah, sorry, the quicktime format is being a bitch when I try to compress it to windows media format.

You're gonna have to stick with 50mb unless you want to consult Chaos. (Blame it on the macs...)

What type of internet connection do you have?

I tried reformatting it a while ago. The H234 codec or whatever that Chaos used is too new to transfer to other stuff.

ah.. i see.. im on a cable modem but 50mb is still pretty huge!...

Zipping it wouldn't shrink it much either - no more than 1 MB or so.

If absolutely necessary, I can convert the file to .avi or .mpg if that is better. Keep in mind, the course length is nearly 6min, so a 50MB file is not too bad. I have a higher quality version at nearly 100MB

By all means dude, load up that 100 MB version onto the FTP if you could. I'll download and transfer to WMV, saving about 25 MB in the process.

yeah .wmv files tend to be significantly smaller than .mov files.. im not sure about .mpg though.. but its definately worth a try... I did watch the vid though.. and its very cool by the way! ;-)
