ok, well, ssx 3 gets its own topic for master runs, so why not tricky and ssx 1

Now that I finally understand how my capture card works :heh I'd love to bring you guys a bunch of vids

Here's what I got so far, nothing much, but I'm still working on getting you guys some great runs

http://www.angelfire.com/ar3/ssx/tokyowh.mpg Here is a short vid of a tokyo megaplex wormhole (DONT worry frost...its not what you think ;))

http://www.angelfire.com/ar3/ssx/pdwhvid.mpg same as above, but a short vid of the pipe dream wormhole :)

http://www.angelfire.com/ar3/ssx/pipedr ... _07_01.mpg I just did this run in like 5 tries, NOT the best, but its shows the basic line. Its a 1:07.01 run as the file name says, enjoy! And I have to give credits...the select trick in the beggining is brought to you by Blackdth, :china to him
Also in the beggining, when I jump into the gap with a backflip, that is frost's shortcut NOT mine, many props to him :china

Edit: Just updating the first post, here is the aloha run www.angelfire.com/ar3/ssx3/aijrun.mpg (apr 23)

Edit: Forgot to update, here is my untracked run http://www.angelfire.com/ar3/ssx4/untracked3_07_16.mpg (apr 25)

Gondee, when you see this, I guess you know what to do :heh

:china :china :china :china To gondee for hosting these vids :china :china :china

Whats coming up next?

Expect

SSX 1

Untracked racing: 3:06 or below
Untracked showoff: 300,000+
Tokyo Megaplex: sub 2:40
Snowdream: 1:42 or below...If ssx4ever doesn't want to make a vid, I don't blame him...but would you rather have this or nothing?
Merqury City: sub 2:40
Aloha Ice Jam: 1:33 or below

SSX Tricky

Untracked racing: a VERY cool vid of me getting the world record...youre going to love this one, atleast I do
Untracked Showoff: also the untracked showoff world record, 724,000 points
Pipe Dream: 2.1+ mil

And hopefully, Frost will be willing to bring you guys VERY cool vids, a lot of them first place world records ( :eek ) Snowdream, Mesa, Merqury City...but its all up to him :china

Enjoy these ones for now :cheers

Oh and 2 more Worm Hole vids are on the way...a merqury city one, and another one that I need to get Frosts permission before I post it...he found it...and yes, these are ssx 1

Do the wormhole vids provide any benefit? If not, we probably won't host them.

The pipedream vid is cool, but you're gonna have to give me a day to process it. If you provide a lot of videos very quickly, I won't be able to get to them all right away.

Yea now that you put it that way...its probably a good idea not to host them...the wormholes don't help in anyway, so don't worry you can jsut skip them

But I have a cool 1:35.09 aloha ice jam run, can I forward that to you? What address should i forward them to?

Don't send them via e-mail, that'll just clog my inbox. Put them on your angelfire account, PM the URL and I will download it sometime tonight and put it up soon. Can't make any guarantees as schoolwork is really kicking my butt right now, but it'll be in a few days. :yes

I gave you the props and credit, whats wrong? :lol

and the record would be impossible without blackdth...

And a 1:03 on PD, sound very unlikely, but I don't know...

EDIT: Friday: aloha ice jam run sent to gondee, whenever he can upload it, it will be here...I think you guys will like this one :)

Right now I'm working on bringing you guys a merqury city run, does that sound good?

Gondee, i already sent 2 pm's...whats wrong with your inbox??????

anyway, I made an Untracked video showing the line to use...its nothing too special but it shows a very good line, but it had some obvious mess ups, and got very sloppy at the end...you'll see

http://www.angelfire.com/ar3/ssx4/untracked3_07_16.mpg

Its a vid of a 3:07.16 untracked, but my best is 3:06.06...it might look boring because theres no sound...and also, when I took the vid with good quality it clocked in at 23 mb, and I can't fit that on my angel fire account, so I had to compress the quality, its 18.99 mb now

:cheers

Oh, and this is ssx 1, not tricky

My tricky vid will be a lot better quality because the file will be smaller...my best untracked time in ssx 1 is over 3 mins, my best in tricky is 2:20 :heh

Next up, 1:42 snowdream, and hopefully a sub 2:40 merqury city...but the track is a bitch :frusty I got a 2:43 done with Kaori if you guys want to see that? :???

anway, enjoy! :cheers

Gondee, are you updating the scoreboard this weekend? If so, should I send in my times and scores?

Yes I'll do them through the submission form :heh

Wow, that was really tight! :cheers Hiro looks really cool in that video, I should go back and play with him some more, heheh. :D

Yes, I'll be updating the scoreboard this weekend. Go ahead and send me your scores, in both scoreboard form and direct e-mail to gondee (at) merqurycity.com if you want (full address). :)

Thanx chaos :china :china :china :china :china

I'm just trying to give what I can, no one has ever made as many master runs as you, I give you my personal and most aprecciated props for that :china

Im just giving what I can cause it seems these days, you're the only one who releases vids any more, so I tried to join the scene, and try to do what your doing the whole time. But seriously dude, I really respect the fact you have the heart to just give awesome vids (most of the time, world record lines. And all of your ssx 3 ones are live with sound too :eek), its really cool.

:china :china :china :china :china You're the real :pimp :cheers

*ends heroic music*

I appreciate the comments guys..

I am not done yet though.. If time permits me, I just may throw in Tricky to see what I can do....

I am going to try and redo the 4 tricky vids I released, but Live naturally...

So, that would be:

TM - 2.9 LIVE (if you saw the vid, you would notice that I missed 2 x5)
Mesa - 2.2 LIVE
AIJ - 1.3 LIVE (I missed a x3, which I hit but crashed)
2.8 Garibaldi LIVE

I would also like to do:

PD - 2.6 LIVE (I HAVE HIT this...HARD AS HELL...)
Alaska - I may try a 3+ run.. I heard Laidback has a 3.4 run taped, but is it live or replay???
Elysium Alps - 3.1 Million :yes Yep, you heard right... This is my top...

2.6 PD and 3.1 EA!!!!!!

:eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek :eek

DEAR GOD :eek

Chaos, those will be freaking awesome runs...but are you sure 2.6 pd is possible :eek Titan even said before, that the max for that track was around 2.5, and only one person has that 2.5 :eek

But chaos, I wouldn't waste your time with the alaska, I'm pretty sure LB has a LIVE 3.4. Ask him, i can almost swear he told me it was live :??? And chaos, that Tokyo vid was awesome, with that line, perfect, 3+ mil is definately possible, but its such a hard track to get everything perfect, some of it is luck sometimes

But why a 2.8 garibaldi, doesn't naya have a 3 mil vid...or is it replay? But i thought you had more than him, because in the masters of ssx tricky vid, I saw the short clip of you doing like 3 ubers through the 5x on the rail, i was like :eek :eek :eek I thought you had more than 2.8 :???

And what about a merq one, you had that replay one of like 3.2 rite? That was awesome how you did an uber onto the rails on the bridge...I saw that in the masters of ssx tricky vid too :drool

:cheers

Well, I will tell you this... I hit the 2.44 that is on the scoreboard MISSING ONE OF THE x5 in the pipe (I can NEVER seem to hit BOTH in one run)... So, if I hit that, it is nearly 250K giving me near 2.7...

alpmaster wrote:

I KNOW at LEAST 3 Million is because a x5 where I do 3 ubers for 250K and another x5 where I do 2 ubers... So, that is near 450K giving me 3.2ish..

alpmaster wrote:

I mean a 2.8 (since a did a 2.8 REPLAY)....I want to do AT LEAST a 2.8 LIVE.. Naya has a 3.06 LIVe, which is the highest run recorded live.. Who knows, maybe I can do better... If only I could master that 2nd to last x5... :mad

alpmaster wrote:

My replay was for 3.17.... I know a can do AT LEAST 3.4-3.5 since I missed a x5 in the woods where I do a WTD.. So, that is 200Kish right there giving me 3.4ish..
