I dont think you can
i never tried it but i dont think you can play ps2 games on ps3

As of now, no... but I hope they'll make a re-release SSX collection for current generation consoles. Also maybe even a PC release too? Maybe, maybe not. Only the future can tell.

If you have the first model of PS3, you can. Otherwise, you must download an emulator. Normally, it's signalize on the box if is compatible.
When i had my first model of PS3, i was playing at PS2 game like SSX ON TOUR, Wipeout fusion without problem. Right now, i've got the last model of PS3 and i've got Midnight club 3 and same Sonic the hedgehog 1 and 2! but than i download in the PS Store (it's payable) under 5 euros (in Europe). By against, i don't have a game PS2 ( with the CD) therefore i don't know if it works. But i advice you to look at internet for more precision.
