Brodi was voted for more times than Elise, Allegra, Eddie or Moby.

He needs to be DLC.

While it definitely seems that Brodi is very popular with the small sect of hard core fans here at Merqury City, you have to keep in mind that characters like Elise and Allegra are probably more popular with the more casual fans, who make up the majority of the fanbase.

EDIT: Plus, the hard core fans are probably among the few who even remember Brodi. It's hard to stand out when you're competing with the fat-ass, the afro man, and the bombshell.

i agree that maybe Elise isn't popular. buuuuut, i just feel like SSX wouldn't be the same without her. ya can't get rid of Elise, she's just too... SSX! i'm definitely not her biggest fan, but i would be sad to see her go.

I agree that Elise isn't as popular as, say, Mac or Zoe, but she's pretty popular. Another poll in which fans could only vote for ONE character (don't remember where it was taken) came with the following results:

1. Kaori
2. Mac
3. Psymon
4. Moby
5. Zoe
6. Elise
7. Eddie
8. Allegra
9. thrue 20-something. (everyone else, with Brodi somewhere near the middle)

Elise is my personal favorite character, so there may be a little bias in my opinion, but Elise is also essential to SSX, as others have said, moreso than Allegra or Brodi, anyways.

And who's to say the other major characters aren't cliche? Elise is an exageration of a sexy super model, Kaori is an exageration of a Japanese school girl obsessed with Hello Kitty, Psymon is an exageration of someone who belongs in an insane asylym, Allegra is your typical tomboy, and Mac... well, Mac is the most generic of ALL the characters.

Also, if you look at the Favorite Character Polls for Tricky & 3, Elise was always in 2nd place behind Mac. And she won the On Tour Poll.
