This guys name is TomParker and he did a 'rework' of Psymon. The 'Psymon' he made is kinda ugly but very good at the same time. Here's a link.

Only 14k polygons? I think the model in the new version will probably have more. That being said, first I thought he used 100k polygons because it is so detailed. Great work!
