No. The reason why Mac is so popular is because any gamer boy can relate to him. He is the most boring, dull and style-less character in the series, and also the only one who actually dress up in realistic snowboarding clothes.

I've never been able to find a good pic of her, but Rie Komia(sp?) would make a nice Kaori. I think Rie is like a reporter or something in Japan, saw her on TV once is a completely unrelated thing. Maybe someone who is better at the internet than I could have more success.

But this topic only works as a hypothetical "who looks like who", because an SSX movie would be a mistake. There is no plot to SSX, the characters are necessarily one dimensional, and only have the most cursory interactions with each other and have even less to explain or justify it. Trying to wrench a plot out of this premise and these characters would be difficult, much less a good one. I suppose it could be done, but I wouldn't trust it.

Oh, and Billy Zane totally ruined me for anyone else as Brodi.

I agree. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Billy Zane's voice. He plays the Buddhist surfer/possible stoner dude well. ;p
