Hello, to all who reads this message, I managed to get the models of the first four SSX, so there is way to make the remake that we always dream to have, but unfortunately I don't know to much in 3d animations, and in video game programming: S. So if someone will be interested to create a remake of ssx, I can send the models here ^^

How did you manage to rip them? I've been trying for ages with no luck, could never find a source to decrypt/RE the files.

Anyways I've had a few years experience in 3D. Since my absence from this site.

I rip them with Ninja ripper and dolphin , i have all tracks and characters from ssx 3 ,tricky and ot but for ssx og it doesn't work :S i can't rip them

Ah I see. Makes sense for the older games. Well if you would like to post them. I can take a look and see what I can do. Do they need any converting ?

No there is no need to convert them they are in .obj format . But they have no bones :S , i need to add bones , before give you the models

You can open this with 3ds max , but i don't know how to make animations :( so i can not do 3d animations like mtv2 with characters ssx ^^ :heh :D i will sent the models , do you know how I can pass them to you? because I don't know where to put them xD

Just send them to me as .obj I can rig them up. With bones and all. Depending on how big the files are. Either upload them to a file hosting site like, https://uploadir.com/ or mega.nz

Well this is what I've done up quickly.

The rigging part on models is the most complex and painful process that I've ever experienced. So far I dont think it's to bad. However, I can't say for sure that I'll be making animations with these characters. My burn for doing animation is long gone. However I could possibly see the SFM community making something out of them though. And that's something I'll gladly contribute towards

I make them all. Not just face. The entire body. Face is probably the hardest to make because of all the bones that get implemented. The rest of the body is easier, because of the simple bone structure

Hi there! Is there any chance you could share the models from SSX Tricky with me? I want to create a scene w/ the character select screen environment in particular. :)
