Good news and bad news! The community account has proven to be a popular idea (many thanks to baka for coming up with the idea) and we have now hit our limit of 100 friends.

Unfortunately, that means a few people were a little late to the party and didn't make the list, they are:

I got mine in luckily but would it be possible to do two Merq accounts and sort of have them do events together somehow?

I'm expecting a few of the newers members who signed will actually stop coming to Merq City, so it won't be too long before we can clean up the list and get the queued people in. If we had such extreme demand that one account could never manage we'd look into a second account, but even then it might feel inferior to the first one as the "core" members of our community would be missing from the event leaderboards.

As great as the site is, I'm not sure we'll ever have more than 100 people on each system who repeatedly take part in both the forum and the events.
