"Power Pixels" - they're frickin everywhere man! I'm running down the track, I go to grind a rail. Not a ledge. A rail. Board gets ripped out from under my character, and at 200mph that means that you careening down the mountain with ragdoll physics the likes of which I haven't seen since Unreal Championship. Power Pixels man. They'll kill a brotha.

I've had it happen on flat ground too. It seems that as your speed goes up, or the camera gets closer, or the board improve (kinda like L15 having less autocorrect coming off rails) the hit detection becomes more and more sensitive. I think that once you get to a certain point, you're literally hitting minute flaws in the level design, which under the right circumstances will send you flying.

I've had a few, but the most common and visible is the chopper disappearing at the end of Death Zone.

BUT, You say it was unreproducable, yet in the video you rewind all the way back to the point where you have to deploy your wingsuit again. Explanation, plz.

when you rewind it stores your inputs & if you dont make any new inputs after rewinding, it plays back the original inputs

A weird thing happened on The Hammer on a 321 race event the other day.
I was playing with just one other dude... as we jumped out of the helicopter I took the usual route onto that first rail... and as I descended I looked up and saw a long thin golden beam shooting out above me and right down the track. Wow I thought - that dude is quick. It ws the same golden colour as the ghost trail of a rider in 321. He must have had some wild wingsuit to move that fast I thought (even tho the race was non w/s).

The long thin golden beam extended right down the track, way up high ... it was completely straight as well.

Needless to say - it wasn't my rival - he came in about 20 seconds behind me in the end - so don't know what it was.

On a seperate subject - here's a youtube vid of a glitch that happened a few years ago on On Tour (apologies for posting it in ssx2012 thread). I call it the 'psychedelic glitch'. The track turned into a prismatic rainbow of colours whenever I touched it with the board. See for yourself.

LOL! I knew it! One of my favourite moments (apart from the car) was when Chong gets on the drums in Up in Smoke.... solid gold!

Back to the WFT moments, I've only really had landing in the first floor of the temple thingumy at the start of Serenity and not being able to get out.... also the odd 'Back to the Future 2/3' hoverboard moment, and one upside down rail.

I did manage to go back up the train track on JT2 last week which was cool.
