I wonder if Todd or EA can even publicly acknowledge WinonaNET?

The agreements EA have with Microsoft and Sony are obviously pretty strict when it comes to cross-platform antics, and I'm guessing EA using data they've gathered from each console to make a cross-platform scoreboard of any sort would be a no no. Even though it's a third-party creating the scoreboard, publicising the scoreboard in any way might implicate EA.

Life is good when the guy with the ultimate opinion is a fan of the fan site. Thats pretty special right there.
