When I was in a middle of a jump, as Kaori (as always), she bursts out with: "BONZAI!!!" One of the oddest things I've heard her say, I swear
She also said a couple of other things but I can't really remember... they were something along the lines of:
"Is anybody coming?"
and something like "Kaori j-u-m-p!" <- I don't think that's right though.

Pretty sure all the characters say how did all this snow get here when entering a tunnel.

Man, these guys have A LOT of quotes.

It's disappointing that we don't get to hear them much simply because the game isn't designed that way.

In Tricky, the characters said something every time they got decent air, almost every time they landed a trick, and almost every time they wiped out. It was spectacular.

I'm sure increased character speech frequency is something that can be patched in. That would be so awesome.

Yuri (Red) totally has some of best lines.

He could go on for hours and days about his past and it's actually quite funny. I don't start an event until he's finished. Haha I'mma try and get some of his lines down, especially the ones with Elise involved and such.
