Sweet stuff, I'm psyched.

Although, I couldn't take my eyes off that guy's sweet tat on his thumb.

No new courses, SSX courses, Tricky courses or EA Big Radio is lame though.

The SSX-ish lighting, textures and soundtrack are a definite plus though.

I hope it is DTS-enabled. I loved hearing other riders come up from behind and on the sides in SSX3. I think they dumped that on On Tour, if I remember correctly. (Anyone know if the Wii even supports DTS surround sound like PS2 did/does?)

I hadn't heard the thing about that stats. I sort of wish it stuck with the SSX 3 version where the players were generic across the board. Still, I'd much rather have individual characterstics per SSX and Tricky than generic CACs with no character and all that stats being on the snowboard. :rolleyes

I'm looking forward to this game, even though I'm fairly certain it won't be very interesting to the hardcore since we've played all these tracks before. Instead, it'll bring a new group of people to the game.

The good news is that it'll be super friggin easy to write the guide. :heh All we'll have to do is substitute "SSXcorist" and "StoneAge" and all the other Uber names with the names of the Ubers in Blur and copy and paste the track guides. :heh :heh :heh

That interview is mixed with good and bad things.
I'm really disappointed with no Radio Big. I loved Radio Big and it would have been a great addition... oh well. The graphics do look really cool though..

Also: do the riders even yell things? I haven't seen one video where they say anything.

Yeah, Radio Big and all the character banter helped gel things together and made the mountain feel like an actual place. Hopefully the characters interact to some extent.

For some reason I thought it was KD but now after looking at it for a while, yep, SM. Looks less vibrant though.

Yeah, it doesn't have the blue rails...it might play completely different too, depending on the placement of the multipliers in Showoff.

I'm pretty sure we'll be mastering it in no time though...I mean it's like SSX 3.5 basically. :shrug

Style Mile looks so awesome... and the picture vix first posted is just wow as well. I personally like those... err, I forget the name... the ice things coming down the rail left to the character, it's a nice detail. And the tracks have this darker feel to them and have lots of fog, I just like that.

Kinda bummed out that they're not chosing any songs from any bands, but I hope their original music is tight.
