Has anyone noticed that when you play against the other characters in shred events (Sid, Tyson, Zoe especially) that they are NOT using the medium that EA has made them? These are the only ones I've noticed, but I'm pretty sure I've seen Mac use skis and Elise use a board. If I do recall correctly, both Tyson and Sid are skiers specifically, it says so in the Profiles AND in their ten second long character video in the game, but when you shred against them, BOTH of them use a snowboard! This same thing goes for Zoe, except as we all know, she started with a board so I guess it's not terribly confusing to see her use one again. Why do you think EA did this? Do you think they just randomly use either boards or skis? Shit, I dono, but it pisses me off every time I see it. CONSISTENCY IS ALL I ASK FOR. |

is this really true? If so i really didnt notice anything much. They figured a change was good. Its kinda fun seeing the racers try new planks. I enjoyed Zoe skiing. |

The riders aren't confused WTH they all use both (personalyl i think it should only be boards and free skiis is only in free ride) but they each PREFER one of the two Sid, Tyson, Skye, Zoe and Elise prefer skiis and the rest prefer board (you'll notice that if they use their second choice the skiis or board is really dull and boring liek just a white board or soemthing)
