Hopefully you'll get a confident answer later, but there is a PS3 compatibility topic in the SSX3 Village section.

I believe there are known problems including a "ceiling".[/quote]

Thanks Blackhawk, it seems SSX 3 might be more stable than OT running on PS3, but apparently the problem is known, but any solution is not... :frusty

I'd be interested to know if SSX3 works on PS3. I think it's not on Sony's list of compatible games but someone wrote in another topic that it works with the 80GB machine. I'd probably get a PS3 if I though I could keep playing SSX3.

Good luck careca.

ssx3 works much better on my ps3 than OT... 1 crash in 10 races... and: it looks worse than OT, but stil playable, OT registered 1 crash in 3 races... so... make up your own mind :???

there ya go dude, Ive been testing the firmware since i had my PS3

SSX3 is still the only one to work, and like you, my game also crashes after a few races or when I hit a big air ramp. But damn it looks good on a PS3

hello by the way :cheers
