In a nut shell, the Smurphy trick is simply this: doing two Monster Tricks, or two tricks, in the same jump. There needs to be a short pause between the tricks or this won\'t work properly.

So why is this so useful? Because doing this allows you to work around any penalties you might get for repeating a particular trick (or Monster Trick) to the end that you can use any particular trick infinitely without suffering any sort of penalty.

This means that scores can be much higher than they should be and is a definite necessity for anyone deciding to tackle the scoreboards.
